Taking it to the next level!!

I was lucky enough to go to the 2 day Original Strength seminar this year. This book brings together the second day of the seminar in a way that is approachable and accessible to people of all ages. The daily use of resets has allowed me to be active with my kids on a daily basis. Every couple of days I throw in the Original Strength Performance exercises to super charge my day.
Thanks guys for the great work!

Good follow up to Original Strength!

If you have read the authors previous books like Original Strength or Pressing Reset than this book is a good supplement.
Like the previous books, it is well written and simple to understand. But the biggest effect is if you actually implement and practice the resets and how you benefit.
I was introduced to these resets back in 2011, and they assisted in an strenuous athletic challenge that I was participating in.
However, it's the daily use of the resets that provide the most powerful results.
The basic resets can range from non-taxing to strenuous.
With the information in this book, you will have the knowledge to make it into an intense training regime.
If you want a training program that will make you stronger, help you burn body fat, and be still low impact, and plain develop quality movement patterns, there aren't many programs better.

The Perfect Progression to Original Strength

These guys did exactly what the title says...they took the simplicity and brilliance of Original Strength and gave us the performance angle of the system. I've been using these loaded resets for 3-4 months now and it's helped me first and formost feel great, but it's also made it easier to achieve other goals that I've set. I would recommend anyone interested in a healthy, well balanced body to invest in this series of books. Original strength is the starting point but once you have spent some time getting comfortable with the unloaded resets it's time for Original Strength Preformance. Great work guys!
